How to Create FTP Accounts

Log in to the control panel.

Click “Edit” on the domain name you want to create the FTP account for (hover your mouse over the domain name and click the pencil icon to edit).

Click “Advanced Options” and check the box for “Additional FTP account(s).”

Enter the username, password, and the path (the path should be either public_html or private other directories are not allowed for write access).

If you want to send the FTP credentials to an email address, enter it otherwise, leave it blank.

Click “Save.”
