How to Create a Support Ticket

If you have any questions or facing issues related to our services, you can open a support ticket to get assistance from us.

Open a ticket

  1. Log in to our client area.

  2. Click on “Support” and open a ticket using the “New Ticket” button.

  3. Select the helpdesk category related to your issue (for website migration, select “Web Migration”).

  4. Enter the subject and message, and our support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
